Job Description

Working in-line with SSgA s brand specifications and are responsible for creating client reports, factsheets and new template designs as per the business requirements Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy Meeting the business deadline of platinum Client Investment Reports, Factsheet as per defined timeline Follow-up with upstream team and communicate report status with client facing team or client as necessary Supporting and helping the associates and perform the quality check as per the procedure Monitor and observe the Team Group Inbox and prioritize the requests as per the client deadline Ability work under tight deadlines and capable of creating customized templates both in Excel and Powerpoint Ensure to check and handover the EOD procedure to TLs according to the task

  • Graduate / Diploma in Adobe and Multimedia in reputed and approved institution
  • Minimum 4-6 yrs of experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF)
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Basic or intermediate Financial or Asset Management Certification
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Demonstrate ability to meet tight deadlines and possess fast TAT
  • Strong attention in to detail and a focus on quality of the service
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong PC shortcut skills, specifically in Adobe Packages in particular (InDesign and Illustrator) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
