Job Description

    The Fee Schedule Associate will be responsible for certain aspects of the fee schedule process including reviewing the client fee schedule set up for State Street global businesses spread across countries & regions.The individual will be directly responsible for facilitating the day to day production and review of fee schedules for State Streets global clients. The Fee Schedule Associate will also be responsible for assisting in the creation, maintenance, and review of State Street Global Advisors fee schedules.Responsibilities:Business As Usual (BAU) Activities:General responsibility for particular fee schedule activities, such as fee schedule set-up, maintenance, and reviewAdopt an owners mind set, work independently, and ensure efficient deliverablesMeasure, review, and assess performance and progress towards goalsResponsible for ongoing process improvementsExpectations:Bachelors Degree in Finance with an experience minimum of 4 to 6 years working with fee invoices in a global billing function at a large financial services institution.Knowledge of various services and industry trends of billing methods for those services like Custody services, Sub custodian, trust services and out pocket expense billing, asset management etc.Demonstrated knowledge in improving the fee schedule function across multiple geographies and business areas.Skills required:Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Visio), advance levels of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, excel workbook maintenance best practices)Knowledge of billing systemsConceptual understanding of company-wide financial architecture (GL, sub-GL technology, specialized tools) applicable to the above process groups of processesIndependent decision-making capabilities, demonstrated thought leadershipPride of ownership with the ability to deliver high quality results timelySelf-motivated, self-assured, and self-managedStrong attention to detailsProblem solving skillHighly organized with ability to multi-task and work under high pressure deadlinesMust be able to work in a fast paced environment,
