    Key Responsibilities
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers
    • Provide clear, accurate, and timely information on products and services
    • Maintain professional, courteous, and empathetic communication
    • Accurately document customer interactions and call details
    • Meet performance metrics related to quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution
    • Coordinate with internal teams for effective and timely issue resolution
    Job Requirements
    • Experience: 4 to 8 years in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service
    • Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills (mandatory)
    • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
    • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills
    • Basic computer knowledge with good typing proficiency
