If you have excellent communication skills and prior experience in international BPO, this is your opportunity to work with global clients and accelerate your career growth.Job Overview:Role : International Voice Process Executive US Customers Experience: 1 - 6 Years in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service Qualification : Any Graduate / 102 / Diploma Work Mode: Work from Office (Bangalore)Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers
    • Provide end-to-end customer service and issue resolution
    • Address queries, complaints, and basic troubleshooting concerns
    • Maintain professional communication standards
    • Accurately update CRM systems and call logs
    • Meet KPIs such as AHT, FCR, CSAT & Quality Scores
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
    Ideal Candidate Profile:
    • Excellent spoken English with neutral accent
    • Prior experience in International Voice Process preferred
    • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
    • Comfortable working in US rotational/night shifts
    • Performance-driven and adaptable
