Job Description

    Job summaryAre you interested in being part of a new business launch in India We are looking for a motivated Operations Associates to join our business operations team in Bangalore, India. This is part of business operations team for the new business in India The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter that can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. He or she must be a fast learner, who can quickly absorb the nuances of the new business and category, as well as the behavior of Amazons internal systems. He or she will be analytical in their decision making, with a demonstrated ability to drive issues to completion. Experience in the Amazon Customer service / catalogue managemnt is preferred.Key job responsibilities Assist clinicians / vendors to get well versed with various Amazon tools and provide onsite and office support. Guide & help clinicians for completing onboarding formalities & train them on internal tools. Handle various types of cases related to scheduling, product issues and customer complaints Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure the given SLA are met per quality standards Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completion Document processes & regularly update existing SOPs Review & suggest SOP changes required if any to the team basis input from Category managers Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports Onboard new processes if required as per the business needs Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done Supporting pilots in establishing and setting up new customer focus programs If there is a possible default on SLAs or quality, flag the escalation in time to the manager or SME Managing workflow, escalations and mechanism effectively Proven skill in identifying and fixing process gaps, improvement opportunities and use of small scale automation, technology to increase productivity or drive process simplification Experience in providing support for data collection, preparing reports, exercising push back & realignment of expectations with multiple stakeholders, Bachelor s degree in any discipline Ability to deal with ambiguity use discretion and judgment to take decisions on critical business tasks based on available information Ability to dive deep into a problem, perform Root Cause Analysis and identify constraints to recommend a solution MS Excel proficiency Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to build relations and influence others authority. Proactive attitude, detail-oriented and a team player others 2 - 4 years of experience in data-driven business operations processes where associates are required to handle large volume of data as part of their daily tasks and take decisions based on analysis of such data Experience working on process improvement processes like Six Sigma, Kaizen etc. is a plus PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • 2+ years of experience
    • Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segment recommendations
    • Capability to meet our technical requirements, which include HTML, XML and Excel, plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly
