Software DevOps Engineers in our group perform several of the below activities: Design and implement Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Continuous Deployment (CI/ CD) pipeline from source to live production of various cloud services and architectural components of our platform by collaborating within and across product engineering groups Responsible for managing the overall health, performance and cost of our MVISION management platform in the Cloud by using effective monitoring tools and methodologies Research and stay up to date on various cutting-edge enterprise cloud technologies and be able to select appropriate ones based on evaluation and rapid prototype development Conduct code inspections/ analysis, peer code reviews, and automated testing to find and resolve issues prior to code check-in Debug and promptly resolve beta and live cloud ops or field escalation issues from internal and external customers Work in fast paced agile team and take/ influence decisions that swiftly drive open technical topics to a closure. Continually improve and mature our engineering software development processes sprint over sprint and release over release Provide technical mentoring to other engineering members to build a high performing and inclusive team of talented individuals that learns and grows together. Engineers in our team have an opportunity to deep dive across the entire development cycle from concept to delivery within our platform group and our partner engineering product teams. Desired Experience and Qualifications 5+ years of strong experience in DevOps role developing and delivering enterprise software applications using public cloud providers like AWS and Azure Proficient in CI/ CD tools for each stage of pipeline TeamCity, Jenkins, Unit testing, Code Coverage, Static and Dynamic analysis, Compliance, Vulnerability etc. along with version control tools for source code and binaries like Git and Artifactory Expertise automating Cloud ops for auto scaling, high availability, migration, zero downtime upgrades and proficiency with monitoring tools such as App Dynamics, Solar Winds Hands on experience in protocols and technologies such as Web Socket, Serverless, Node. js, Scripting with PowerShell, Python, Bash and developing RESTful API s and web services Design cloud based infrastructures using IaaS and SaaS services from public cloud providers and automating the same with Terraform, Cloud Formation and related technologies Proficient in creating and deploying containers and understanding of related technologies like EKS, ECS, ECR, Fargate Proficient knowledge of public cloud platform technologies and services in AWS and also Azure Experience in one or more Cloud based storage and DB technologies Postgres, MySQL, MS SQL, Aurora, DynamoDB, Document DB, Elasti Cache, Redis, S3 Working knowledge of Big data analytics and streaming technologies such as Kafka, Kinesis, Elastic Search. Should have strong debugging experience and excellent problem-solving skills. Proven experience working in a true agile development environment and maturity with development processes such as fully automated unit and system integration testing, static/ dynamic analysis, and secure coding practices BE in Computer Science/ Engineering or similar technical field, with an advanced degree preferred Strong desire to continually grow in the technical stream by learning new technologies and translate them into working software,
