Job Description

    Job DescriptionAt IT Application Operation Center (IAOC), we re passionate about operating software systems and solving reliability problems for our customers. We count on our cloud engineers to empower our customers with high reliability and stunning performance level to pursue their missions. As we expand our customer deployments, we are currently seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to support us in the development of our IaC (Infrastructure as Code) Practices. Specifically, we are searching for someone who brings fresh ideas, demonstrates a unique and informed viewpoint, and enjoys collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop real-world solutions.Objectives of this Role
    • Ensure stable Run of the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health
    • Build systems to manage solution infrastructure and applications
    • Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our managed software solutions
    • Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improve
    • Provide operational support and engineering for large, distributed software solutions
    • Ensure security and governance based on internal regulations in external Cloud environments
    Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
    • Gather and analyze metrics from both operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding
    • Partner with development and operations teams to improve services
    • Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
    • Create sustainable systems and services through automation of Configuration Management and Deployment following our Security Guidelines
