Ability to travel as needed., *An ERP FInancials or PPM implementation functional consultant with prior implementation experience in PSFT having the ability to lead a customer through an implementation to leverage application capabilities and capture business value. The individual must be able to participate in pre-sales discussions, review estimates and lead the solution design during implementation. The candidate should have an understanding of finance and accounting, with a proven track record of implementing Cloud ERP Financial and or PPM.The candidate should have a Bachelor or higher Degree in Finance, with CA or ICWA or Engineering with MBA (Finance)Have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of total experience with at least 3 to 4 years of Cloud ERP Applications implementation experience. Must have prior PSFT implementation experience.Experience in modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, Oracle Time & Labor, Project Contracts and Risk Management Cloud modules like Advanced Financial Control (AFC) & Advanced Access Control (ACS), EPM, Financial Consolidation Hub, Internal Controls Manager, iReceivables, internet expenses, Advance Collections, Treasury, Public Sector Financials;At least 4 full life cycle implementations, preferably with US implementation experience.Should have experience in conducting Strategy Sessions for Data Conversion, Integration/Report Functional Design Workshop, conducting architecture, design and solution workshops and Conference Room PilotsShould have experience in configuring the Applications in a client facing roleDemonstrated teamwork and team lead capabilitiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent analytical skills and ability to present solutionsShould be master of industry trends and demonstrated value of Cloud Solutions to multiple Customers.Should have actively participated in Community forum, publications in professional forum which will be added advantage.
