Cloud Ops Engineer - Module LeadJob DescriptionThe Cloud System Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, diagnostics, support,and installation of systems on Cloud datacenters.About the roleAs the Cloud System Engineer, you support and maintain the fully automated infrastructure thatunderlies our hosting and managed services offering. This ensures that the day-to-day functionality ofthe cloud environment is stable and provides high availability to our customers. You will work with ateam of seasoned Cloud Operations Engineers to build and enhance our managed cloud services in thecloud.You will be part of our existing Cloud Operations team working in a fast-paced environment togetherwith other Cloud Architects and Cloud Engineers on maintainability, scalability, and security.Key responsibilities include:o Deploy, configure and maintain our FRR OneSumX Reg Engine system on MicrosoftAzure.o Ensure that all systems are available and performing according to the expected ServiceLevel Agreements (SLA)o Provide support for our production environments running on Azure, along with otherkey stack components.o Collaborate with product development teams to align on the next generation softwaredelivery pipelines.o Support to install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, services,storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.o Investigate and troubleshoot on system and software configuration and relatedperformance issues.About you:The ideal candidate has:o Experience in systems engineering with strong focus on automation and MicrosoftAzure,o Strong experience with Production Operations and excellent troubleshooting skills,preferably in large environments.o Experience with interacting with various Microsoft Azure services in productionenvironments.o Have a good track record of using automation tools like Terraform to buildinfrastructure that scales.o SAML Federation.o Understanding of concepts such as virtualization, containerization, auto-scaling, experience with GIT, CI/CD integration toolchains , building fault-tolerantsolutions and fully automated systemso Good knowledge and are well-versed in BASH, Python or PowerShell.o Experience with hardening of modern operating systems, web and application servers,databases and proxies.o Excellent working knowledge of Windows and Linuxo Customer centric attitudeo Strong Problem solving and critical thinking skills.o Fluency in EnglishLocation:Regards,HR Team
