*An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed., *Principal Consultants - SCM functional (Source Procurement, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Approval Management AMX/BPM, Inventory Management, Order Management, Pricing, Sales and Service Contract, Install Base)Bachelor of Engineering or Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) with 8 to 10 years of total experience with at least 6 to7 years of Oracle EBS Applications implementation experience and 2 to 3 years of Industry experience in Sales, Marketing, Inventory Management or Purchasing.Preference would be given for Fusion Application implementation experience.Experience in modules like Procurement Suite covering Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, SQM, Approval Management using AMX and BPM, and Inventory is must and good to have exposure in Order Management, Pricing, Service Contract and Install Base.At least 4 full life cycle implementations, preferably with US implementation experience.Should have experience in conducting architecture, design and solution workshops, conceptualizing and articulating integration designs and conducting Conference Room PilotsShould have experience in configuring the Applications in a client facing roleExcellent communication skills written & verbal, mandatory.Good interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner.Self-motivated with a lot of energy and drive.
