Job Description

  • Workday Integration Consultant
  • Workday HCM Core, Integrations certified
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday security framework, business process configuration
  • Proven experience in eliciting and elaborating business requirements, drafting system design specifications, and developing technical solutions
  • Accountable for the development of test scenarios using Workday functional knowledge in Core HCM
  • Strong follow-through, ability to drive to closure and resolution of complex system issues. Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to absorb, analyse, and understand new information technologies and practices quickly
  • Exceptional communication and customer facing skills, able to interact effectively with perse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business users. Active listener, customer focused, relationship builder, team player
  • Understanding of project management, SDLC, risk management, quality engineering
  • Troubleshoot existing Tier II/ III support issues across multiple areas of HR and Payroll functions globally to identify errors or deficiencies. Brainstorm possible solutions, evaluating alternatives against decision criteria. Advise on alternate methods of solving problems or recommend specific solutions in partnership with HR/Payroll systems team members.
  • Participate in project planning sessions with clients, business analysts, and team members to analyze requirements and design solutions. Provide status updates to the project lead
  • Demonstrate a high understanding of business concepts and processes, and the IT implications and options
  • Ensure compliance with development guidelines and standards utilized in software development/ integration
  • Responsible for documenting changes to architecture, integration plans, and conversion plans
  • Participate in various team meetings and cross team collaboration activities
  • Functional experience in Workday HCM modules
  • Ability to help customers resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solutions.
  • Should be able to Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Integration solutions using EIB, Cloud connectors, Core connectors & WD Studios
  • Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture Concepts, XML, XSLT
  • Knowledge on Custom fields, custom reports, matrix reports, calculated fields
  • Knowledge on migration using I-Loads or I-Load helper
  • Should have hands on experience on working in Production environment
