Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate with functions like Facility, Security, Tenants, Vendors, Consultants, Service providers and Housekeeping to ensure that all the security, hygiene, service performances, deliveries and aesthetic standards of the clubhouse are met.
  • Act as a One Point Contact for the residents, constantly interact with residents in order to solicit feedback.
  • Prepare periodical reports on the functioning and performance of Nilgiris convenience store, Zen Garden spa & salon, coffee shop and other amenities available at the clubhouse.
  • Monitor daily performance and manage revenues and cost management.
  • Ensure operational effectiveness by seeking feedback and providing prompt, efficient and accurate service to all residents.
  • Maintain the Resident History System and updation of all the resident profiles.
  • Ensure that all the operational standards set for all the processes are followed.
  • Ensures norms, procedures and systems for safety and security of resident belongings (e.g. Lockers, Left luggage, etc.) are followed.
  • Ensure that all the statutory requirements for in house guests are met
  • Help in planning and getting approvals for internal marketing promotion activities for the Saloon and SPA.
  • Attends club House Committee Meetings and ensures integration and coordination of all social activities .
  • Ensures that effective orientation and training for new staff and professional development activities for experienced staff are planned and implemented.
  • Inspects to ensure that all safety, preventive maintenance and other standards are consistently met.
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures for food and beverage departments.
  • Greets guests and oversees actual service on a routine, random basis.
  • Addresses member and guest complaints and advises the General Manager about appropriate corrective actions to be taken.
  • Develops new and innovative ways in which to stimulate member activities and participation in Club activities
Required Candidate profile
  • Possess good command on spoken and written English.
  • Pleasing personality.
  • Proficient in Outlook and Internet applications. Working knowledge of Word Processing and Spreadsheet applications.
