Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:The role is responsible to lead the P&L for the newly launched Business Unit & grow the footprint of the company & its products across the India region.
    1. The Incumbent will be responsible for meetings the agreed and committed topline plans for the year for each category/brand and beating market share objectives.
    2. Driving a P&L (Top Line & Bottom Line) double-digit growth.
    3. Direct Marketing and sales activities to ensure that short and long-range sales volumes and projects are achieved.
    4. Collaborating with the product development team to implement product modifications or improvements to the product line.
    5. Accountable for Budgeting, business planning, sales force organization, and maintaining control of the operating budget, delivering both top line and bottom line.
    6. Leading the commercial discussion with Business Development Teams to forge new opportunities or initiate new business teams to develop product supply and delivery.
    7. Overseeing the developments of sales processes and pricing models along with life cycle management which anticipates and serves a customer need/solution approach for key brands.
