Job Description

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and creating architectures of scalable distributed applications on cloud (Azure)
  • Strong software development experience in multiple programming languages - Java (must have), Python, Go, NodeJs
  • Extensive experience in designing and developing application backends using frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA, Hibernate, SQL, Linux, JSON, XML, OAuth etc.
  • Extensive experience in using core Azure services like ADLS, Containers, AKS, IAM, Cloud front Autoscaling, Elastic Load balancer etc. and good understanding of architectural best practices
  • Extensive experience in containerized environments (AKS, Docker, Kubernetes) and understanding of ML ops techniques
  • Proficiency in service mesh technology like Istio
  • Proficiency in using Azure SDKs for interacting with cloud-native services like IAM, SQS, SNS, RDS, Secrets Manager, KMS, Aurora, S3, Redshift, DynamoDB etc.
  • Experience with credentials/secrets management and data encryption techniques
  • Experience with application deployment and troubleshooting on cloud
  • Experience with both SQL and NoSQL database systems and is comfortable with data models
  • Experience with developing unit test code using JUNIT, PowerMock/EasyMock/Mockito etc.
  • Experience with Git, Maven and CI/CD pipelines to deploy cloud applications
  • Experienced in roles conducting requirements gathering, writing user stories, creating application design and using design patterns
  • Experienced with large scale products development
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence client business and IT teams
  • Experience with Agile software development
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage client expectations effectively
  • Ability to work independently and across multiple product teams
