Job Description

  • Business consulting for Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Infrastructure & Transportation Sector clients with primary skills as Industry process skill and secondary skill as SAP HANA
  • SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.
  • SAP HANA professionals design, implement and deploy SAP HANA solutions for our customers in consumers goods industry, including SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BW/4 HANA, SAP Enterprise HANA
  • Ensuring high quality and in time project delivery
  • Independently handle project work stream, with limited supervision
  • Industry Expertise: Develop strong Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Infrastructure, Logistics and Travel industry expertise. Management Consulting or functional/operational experience in at least 2 of the following domains is mandatory
  • Service, Spare Parts & Warranty Management; Industrial Internet of Things; Innovation & Product Lifecycle Management; Manufacturing & Digital Operations; Sales & Operations Planning, Demand Forecasting; Connected Transportation, Distribution & Logistics Management; Digital Transformation of Supply Chain; Control Tower Design & Value Realization
  • Experience with supporting design & implementation of technologies such as SAP PLM, HANA, Hybris etc. is desirable
  • Experience working on large-scale Digital Transformation projects in functional or techno-functional roles is desirable
  • Ability to perform in different scopes of consulting projects in CPLS domain and build this capability within the team
  • Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills
  • Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
  • Work with small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients; Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organization
  • Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
  • Skills in supply chain methodologies/tools/technology is highly desirable
  • Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain Network Modelling, Process Automation, ZBB, Analytics & Planning tools/software such as R, Llama soft, Kinaxis, etc.
  • Support and help in business development and marketing activities to grow the Enterprise Transformation consulting practice.
  • Any tech. exposure to SAP PLM/ HANA/ Hybris design & implementation/strong end user experience is preferred
