The role involves handling customer interactions for loan and credit card collections, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining compliance with defined collection processes. Key Responsibilities:Handle outbound and inbound calls related to loan and credit card collectionsFollow up with customers regarding overdue paymentsNegotiate payment timelines in accordance with company policiesExplain outstanding balances, repayment options, and resolve customer concernsEnsure adherence to collection processes, regulatory guidelines, and call quality standardsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitmentsAchieve daily productivity and performance benchmarksCoordinate with internal teams for case resolution when requiredRequired Skills & Experience:Prior experience in Collections / Tele-calling / Sales / Customer SupportStrong preference for candidates with experience in:Banks, NBFCs, or Collection AgenciesHandling loan or credit card collectionsGood understanding of end-to-end collection processesGood communication and negotiation skillsAbility to handle customer objections professionallyBasic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systemsExperience & Salary Structure (Strictly Adhered To)0-1 Year Experience : 18,000 - 22,000 per month1-2 Years Experience : 22,000 - 27,000 per month2-3 Years Experience : 27,000 - 32,000 per monthSalary Details:Fixed salary structure1% TDS deduction applicableNo Provident Fund (PF)No performance-based incentivesCandidates with more than 3 years of experience will not be consideredFor candidates currently earning incentives, the average in-hand salary of the last 3 months will be evaluated to determine the offer within the applicable bracketWork Schedule6 days working9-hour shift: 10:00 AM 7:00 PMRotational week-offCareer Growth & DevelopmentPerformance-driven growth opportunitiesInternal promotions and role advancements based on consistent performanceLong-term career prospects within the organizationCandidate Eligibility Criteria (Strict Screening)Age: Below 30 yearsEducation:10th & 12th: Minimum 50% marks (Mandatory)Graduation: Preferred but not mandatory (Minimum 50% if applicable)Languages (Mandatory): Hindi, EnglishDocuments to CarryHard copy of updated resumeImportant NotesWalk-in interviews onlyImmediate joiners preferredStrict adherence to eligibility and salary criteriaCandidates not meeting the above requirements will not be consideredFor Schedule a Interview please contact to- HR SHOAIB (hidden_mobile)
