Role: Voice Process Collections Industry: BPO / Call Centre Location: Bangalore Shift: Fixed Day Shift Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Key Responsibilities
    • Make outbound collection calls to customers regarding due or overdue payments.
    • Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication during every interaction.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions.
    • Adhere to quality standards, compliance norms, and process guidelines.
    • Resolve customer queries and provide relevant solutions to ensure smooth collections.
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Education: Undergraduates / Graduates eligible
    • Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
    • Strong communication skills in English, Hinidi mandatory
    • Ability to handle customer interactions confidently
    • Basic understanding of call-centre operations is a plus
    Salary Details
    • Freshers: 16,000 per month
    • Experienced: Up to 22,000 per month (based on relevant experience)
