Job Description

    We are hiring 25 Collections Executives for a leading NBFC in Madiwala, Bangalore. Freshers with good communication skills in English and Hindi are encouraged to apply.Job Details:Position: Collections ExecutiveLocation: Madiwala, BangaloreSalary: 15,000 Attractive IncentivesExperience: FreshersLanguages: English & Hindi (Mandatory)Work Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Week Off)Joining: Immediate KeyResponsibilities:
    • Contact customers with overdue accounts via phone calls and follow-ups.
    • Negotiate repayment plans and encourage timely payments.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
    • Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
    Eligibility:
    • PUC / Any Graduate
    • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
    • Basic computer knowledge.
    • Target-oriented and willing to learn.
