Job Description

Accountable for delivery and support of Collibra Platform and capabilities along with associated strategy execution, conflict resolution and program awareness . Emerges as a complete solution Architect with expertise around Data Governace, Data Catalog, Data Lineage and Data Privacy. Should have played a Techno-Functional role for designing industry wide data governance model and set up of Meta Data Dictionary, Reference Data, Business Glossary, Data Catalog, Policy Manager, Scorecards. Expected to have CPG industry experience across domains. Should be an excellent leader who can manage Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Data Governance Lead, Business Data Owners and stakeholders from business across EMEA , LAO , APAC and NA. This is a global role who will take care of Collibra rollout across domains and regions.Role Expectations:

• Identifies requirements and use cases for the Collibra solution that will support the governance strategy and roadmap; implement those requirements of Collibra
• Provides thought leadership, frameworks, and best practices in Collibra, that are required to deliver effective data governance solutions to KC using the Collibra solution
• Partner with the Data Governance Lead and Data Stewards to continuously improve Data Governance technologies and processes
• Partner with Data Governance Lead and Data Stewards for requirements, integrations and processes, participate in meetings and working sessions
• Configure Collibra DGC based the technical and functional requirements pertaining to Business Glossary / data taxonomy, data ownership and workflow.
• Design and Build the Metamodel, Business Glossary, Reference Data, Data Catalog, Policy Manager and Scorecards.
• Developing integration between Collibra and other Enterprise applications leveraging Collibra API & Collibra Connect.
• Recognizes the benefits and limitations of using out-of-the-box Collibra features
• Responsible for upgrades and future developments of Data Governance tool suites
• Partner with the Platform Support for Production deployment and Warranty support phases and responsible for health of production system
• Excellent in driving results and approach for a global program
• Should be an expert in managing stakeholders like Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Data Governance Lead, Business Data Owners and Business Process Owners
• Partner with other organizations on roadmaping next generation data governance capability.
• Deliver innovative, efficient and cost effective solutions to meet enterprise needs along with Enterprise Architect , solution Architect and to drive business growth.
• Experience with SAP S/4 is an added advantage.

Essential Functions:Design & Delivery Define, analyze, design and deliver Collibra Data Governance Centre solution for managing KC Enterprise Meta Data, Business Glossary, Policies and Catalogs Collibra Implementation Strategy Plan and Rollout the Collibra Implementation Strategy for KC Enterprise in accordance to the Enterprise Data Management strategies. Collaboration Has to collaborate and work across along with DTS Product Owner Orgnanization, DTS Delivery Teams, GBS Data Stewards, Business Data Owners & Data Governance Lead to design and architect the Collibra solution and Architecture keeping KC s S/4 HANA Journey in mind Budget Influence NoneDepartment Specific/Non-Essential Functions:This is the Individual Contributor role and will not have direct report This is a Global Techno-Functional Architect role who will interact with Product Owner Orgnanization, Delivery Teams, GBS Data Stewards, Business Data Owners & Data Governance Lead The role will report into Head of EDM Delivery, DTS OrganizationSkills & Qualifications:Education required/ preferred:Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, similar field.Experience:

• 12 Years of Professional Experience with equivalent experience in information technology
• 7-9 years Collibra Techno-Functional to include building the Metamodel, Business Glossary, Reference Data, Data Catalog, Policy Manager and Scorecards.
• Experience in Collibra data Governance Centre Version 5.7
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Lineage and Data Management.
• Experience with metamodel design
• Experience and strong proficiency with workflow development tools.
• Experience with REST/API. Strong SQL background with many RDBMS such as: SQL Server, Oracle, Postgress. Knowledge of NoSQL DB.
• SAP business-process knowledge associated with one or more of the following SAP functional modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, PS is preferred
• Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced agile development environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Extensive understanding in SDLC and scrum methodologies.
• Experience leading multiple Collibra implementations
• CPG industry experience preferred
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management is needed . Should have past experience of managing and interacting with CxOs level people
• Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
• Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory
