About Commercial Bank Risk India: The Commercial Bank Risk India ( CBRI ) team is part of the Risk function for the Commercial Bank (CB) at J.P. Morgan. CBRI works closely with the in-country Underwriters and Credit Executives and provides them with in-depth credit risk analysis of clients; as well as recommendations on risk grades and exposures. This covers clients based out of North America for different Risk stripes within CB Risk:
  • Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries (MMBSI)
  • Asset Based Lending (ABL)
  • Commercial Real Estate (CRE)
Role:Commercial Real Estate Services (CRE) Business Management Analyst will provide concentrated focus on the proper execution of production support for several lines of business. The role will be key support to the daily vendor management workflow by properly executing and enhancing the vendor onboarding an oversight process in order to ensure consistent performance. Requires excellent collaboration with the senior partners to ensure there is high visibility and awareness of job progress for the Valuation Services Group (VSG).Daily, the Analyst will execute daily task and control strategies that help and support our clients and follow CRE Risk procedures to support daily CRE Risk functions. Provide vendor oversight and evaluation of vendor on-boarding, vendor management and reporting. Working on this team you are joining a collaborative, supportive group and the opportunity to enhance your skill level while idenifying innovative and creative ways to solve complex, real-world business challenges.Core Responsibilities:
  • Review the credentials of the vendor application for content and accuracy for vendor on-boarding.
  • Monitoring of licensing for Appraisers and Appraisal Management Companies.
  • Validate vendor performance reporting and create scores for
  • Provide oversight of vendor profiles, and documentation of changes during the lifecycle of engagement.
  • Ensuring vendor s adherence to contractual requirements and monitoring of Certificate of Insurance.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and the reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and vendor Scorecards.
  • Recording and investigating all reporting vendor escalations and tracking these to resolution.
  • Appropriately execute the disengagement of vendors and data retention.
  • Communicate with Business Support Management Team in a timely manner.
  • Support the ongoing compliance monitoring task for CRE Risk
  • Ensure accurately and timely delivery for required reporting
  • Demonstrate the ability to function in a joint, cooperative manner; share information with co-workers and peers and support department and team plans, programs and policies.
  • Support a teamwork/team spirit environment and present a professional attitude/image within department and in all company interactions
  • Assisting in risk as part of a team by conducting research on various sectors.Qualifications:
  • Two years of relevant Real Estate experiences
  • Exceptional systems capability including all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and projects
  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of RIMS, CMS and Collateral 360
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint, Global Supplier Portal platform and SAP
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to deliver direct feedback
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor able to take constructive feedback with ease
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Accurate and attentive to detail
  • Ability to review and interpret information, consume it, and apply it
