Job Description

    Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and hard working commis chef who is extremely passionate about cooking and food production. We are a team of 120 chefs who manufacture the highest quality frozen foods such as frozen pizzas, croissants, cakes, cookies, breads, muffins, and more.Duties and Responsibilities
    • Follow the senior chefs instruction and ensure accurate and efficient production.
    • Handle a team of 2-3 people and lead from the front
    • Maintain utmost hygiene, quality, and manufacturing standards every single day
    • Manufacture a range of frozen foods which have the ability to delight anyone and everyone
    • Maintain records of all the different parameters according to Fssc and Iso 22000 norms
    • Aid in new product development with ideas, suggestions, and more
    Candidate Requirements
    • Must have a hospitality background, preferably a degree in hospitality or tourism management
    • Must be extremely passionate and knowledgable about food and food production
    • Must be energetic and ready to work standing for 8-9 hours daily
    • Must be able to reliably commute to Chembur 6 days a week
    • Must be trainable and responsible
    • Must be presentable and hygienic, to be able to maintain the high standards set by our factory
    About The CompanyWe are a frozen foods manufacturing company based in Chembur, Mumbai. We manufacture a range of frozen pizzas, croissants, cakes, cookies, breads, muffins, pastries, and more. We are a team of 130 people, expanding aggressively.
