Job Description

  • CMS and trouble shooting and periodic maintenance.
  • VDN, announcement and Vectoring creation and maintenance.
  • Trunk and ARS/AAR Infrastructure Routing Support.
  • MARC (Move, Add, Remove, and Create) of extensions, agent login IDs trunk groups etc.
  • VoIP, ISDN, PRI Trunk Troubleshooting.
  • Configuring Avaya IP Phones.
  • Confifugation of Gateways G450 and G650.
  • Backup of AES, G650, G450 announcement Backup.
  • Preparing Daily checklists and CMS backup monitoring and TA Space Monitoring in Aspect.
  • Designing and implemented process call flows as per customers requirement.
  • Troubleshooting issues in call flow by enabling required traces in the system.
  • Troubleshooting is done by checking trunk status, test board, the errors on board.
  • Upgraded IPSI, CLAN & Medpro firmware to the latest version in DOM 1.
  • Monitoring CMSPrimary ServerDaily backup and replacing the Tapes on Daily basis. Checking CMS primary server has backup data occupancy. Aspect TA Servers & CDR Status, and Gateway, Clan, Med-pro Status.
  • Configuring audio groups across locations and adding announcement boards in necessary groups to avoid production impact.
  • Making good relationship with Team, Client and Vendor. Seeking ideas and sharing solutions.
