Roles and responsibilities Expand the Campus Program in colleges across the country , and aggressively enroll more colleges in the program Identify the top programming contests and hackathons , reach out to them and pitch HackerEarth platform to host their contests. Conduct / Manage / Track challenges and hackathons in colleges which are onboard. Partner with various developer groups and offer them HackerEarth platform to host their events. Identify top events / hackathons where HackerEarth should be sponsoring or have some sort of visibility. Conduct webinars Required Skills: Internship experience in a start - up will be an added advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills to build professional relationships with clients.
