What are we looking for Here s what you need: Graduate in any stream with 8+ years experience in content management Excellent understanding of various offerings, services and industries Excellent project management and people management skills Excellent understanding of content creation, collection, tagging and classification processes Knowledge of various content management tools. Good understanding of proposal management process Must understand IT outsourcing landscape Extra credit if you have: Postgraduate in any stream Exposure to CMS tools/platforms and latest automations for optimum results Strategic thinking and ability to interpret report insights to improve productivity and growth You May Also Need: A home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines. Roles and Responsibilities The Work: As a Content Management Associate Manager, you are part of a team of expert content curators who provide the most current, relevant, and accurate information to support Accenture s sales pursuits. You develop content in line with the company s sales strategy, while ensuring the quality of the material hosted on our knowledge repositories, by: Managing capacity and day-to-day operations to meet defined targets Managing and developing people Contributing to the continuous improvement of the content management tool Collaborating with teams across Accenture to compile content Performing content quality reviews Primary responsibilities include: Planning and participating in recurring team calls to ensure alignment Providing raw data for leadership reports Monitoring quality of work performed by the team Delivering the proposal scrubbing and upload plan Performing internal and external Content Management communications activities Reviewing changes to the meta-data schema inventory Ensuring all content integration documents are uploaded on the team s internal SharePoint site Liaising with Sales Excellence and Operations Leadership, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders from Marketing, Business Continuity, Legal, and other content teams Promoting the team s ongoing learning and skills development,
