Job Description

Sapiens is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our HR team.To succeed in this role, people and analytics must run in your blood. This is a rare opportunity to combine analytics and HR. The C&B team will develop & maintain global C&B programs and processes, overseeing, managing and administering employees compensation and benefits. Reporting to Global C&B Director.Responsibilities:

  • Review & Analyze current Compensation & Benefit Plans to bring insights for management & for the business
  • Exposure in Budgeting, pay planning, benchmarking, preparation of dashboards, policy framing.
  • Data management admin HR Information system including data integrity, compensation process support & focal point for reporting & data changes
  • Support with global compensation processes in all compensation elements (recurring and non-recurring) as well as budget management.
  • Research, evaluate & analyze internal and external data including market trends, best practices, global developments and surveys, and conduct benchmark comparisons.
  • Monitor local regulations, legislation, and benefits trends.
  • Support and advise the HR team and managers as well as Finance team with cost implications & budget
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Data Science or similar field.
  • At least 2 years experience as an analyst in a multi-national organization
  • At least 1 year in an HR role in a multi-national organization
  • Experience in working with global salary data (Surveys), job-matching, leveling etc.
  • Experience in annual pay processes (Merit, Bonus, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Excel in high level (pivots, VLOOKUP). Excel VBA an advantage; Power BI an advantage
  • Experience as admin HR Information Systems such as SuccessFactors, Oracle or Workday especially on Compensation modules
  • Self Learner, Independent, initiative, creative thinker
  • Fluent English speaker
