Job Description

    Computer Science Teacher Grades 6 to 10Location: [Sarjapur, Bangalore] (15 Km , transport facility is also available) Department: Academics Computer Science Reports To: Academic Coordinator / PrincipalKey Responsibilities
    • Deliver engaging lessons on computer fundamentals, programming, and digital literacy tailored to CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum
    • Teach topics such as:
      • Basics of computing and internet safety (Grades 67)
      • HTML, Scratch, Python, and logic building (Grades 810)
      • Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Design interactive lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
    • Encourage hands-on learning through lab sessions and coding projects
    • Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback and support
    • Integrate smart classroom tools and e-learning platforms into teaching
    • Maintain computer lab equipment and ensure safe usage protocols
    • Participate in school events, IT exhibitions, and inter-school tech competitions
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
    • B.Ed. or teaching certification (as per board norms)
    • Strong command over programming concepts and digital tools
    • Familiarity with platforms like Google Workspace, MS Teams, or coding environments (e.g., Scratch, Python IDEs)
    • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
