Job Description

  • The candidate shall be part of Modem Verification team responsible for System testing involving Modem use cases, Modem Functional Testing, conformance testing and operator certification testing of the platforms involving 4G/5G modems catering to Slim Modems/M.2/M2M/Automotive/IoT and related products.
  • Ability to understand complex technical systems and contribute in solving complex technical issues.
  • Verification Modem Interfaces like USB, PCIe
  • Verification involving full System (AP and CP) verification and System use cases over major Operating Systems
  • Maintenance of automation framework, setting up the verification infrastructures
  • Formalizing testing methods for conformance/operator tests in all RATs
  • Maintaining and validating 3GPP UE conformance PICS/PIXIT parameters
  • Performing Conformance (RF/RRM/PS) and OP-IOT (AT&T, Verizon, TMO etc.) test activities
  • Documentation, review, analysis and reporting of verification results
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master of Science in CSE/ECE/EEE Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Hands on experience in GCF/PTCRB conformance (RF/RRM/PS) and Operator IOT (AT&T, Verizon, TMO etc.) testing in GSM/WCDMA/LTE/LTE-A
  • Solid understanding of system verification methodologies
  • Good understanding of Protocol stack, RF, and Hardware Components
  • Ability to understand complex technical systems and contribute in solving complex technical issues
  • Hands on experience with Test equipment, R&S, Keysight and Anritsu
  • Good understanding of 3GPP UE conformance (RF/RRM/PS) specifications in GSM/WCDMA/LTE
  • Ability to perform log analysis
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with multiple teams and challenging schedules
  • Ability to adapt to the growing technologies
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English
