Job Description

    You will be part of Process Excellence for Asset Servicing in Bangalore. The incumbent will have broad responsibility for identifying and driving projects and efficiency improvements, including Lean and Six Sigma Projects. Also need to actively work towards Data Driven Continuous Improvement and performance management strategy across end to end processes.The role will require the person to work closely with various local and global stakeholders across the firm to drive process improvements projects/programs and also culture of continuous improvement i.e. workshops & trainings. Principal Responsibilities: Guide and Mentor Green projects as a part of the SSGB rollouts Lead the organization to ensure continuous improvement projects are being completed successfully by using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and principles that are aimed at reducing costs, increasing efficiency, increasing customer satisfaction, and improving financial performance Process analysis, re-engineering and standardization Work in tandem with Business Sponsors and Stakeholders to understand business vision and objectives in order to define, create and implement business process improvements that will drive efficiencies across the Organization Systemic approach to help an organization optimize processes to achieve more efficient results Responsible for analysis, facilitation, LSS trainings, mentoring, project reporting and providing recommendations for process improvements that will improve quality, reduce costs and establish appropriate process metrics and improve process controls. Work in coordination with the senior leadership on project identification, selection, and prioritization. Provide superior solution on development through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred Lean Six-Sigma approaches Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management Drive working sessions to define and document business process and business requirements, incorporating the vision of the solution utilizing proven business process improvement tools and techniques (i.e. Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) Evaluate existing business and operational flows and define the As-Is process models and To-Be process models for business process re-engineering initiatives, demonstrating commitment to the company s vision and business strategies/objectives. Provide full reporting at established intervals of Lean events planned, started, in progress, and completed; reporting to include outcomes of completed projects Qualifications This position requires exceptional leadership skills and a natural drive to push projects to successful completion with a sense of urgency. Green/Black Belt Certified professional from reputed institute 8-10+ years of Back Office experience, in a captive or BPO Excellent Stakeholder management skills, communication and presentation skills Strong Project/Program/Change Management skills Must have a proven record of successfully leading change initiatives including implementing Lean and Six Sigma from concept to full implementation Exceptional self-directed organizational skills Prefer good understanding of Financial service world Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent listening, negotiation and influencing skills with an ability to work with Partners at all levels within the organization. Objective, open-minded, innovative thinker and change advocate. Enthusiastic and proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
