Job DescriptionRole Designation- ConsultantResponsibilities- Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight. Lead small projects. Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives. Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processesTechnical and Professional Requirements- At least 5 years of relevant experience. , Relevant experience as a domain / business consultant or Business Analyst or an industry practitioner in Automotive / Mortgage Finance processes is a MUST. , Strong knowledge in end to end mortgage finance life cycle from Origination to Termination. , Strong domain knowledge in auto motive finance / equipment leasing. , Exposure to / knowledge of latest digital trends (big data, analytics, social media) & their impact on domain area. , Complete understanding of requirements gathering in discussion with product owner. , Experience in working across teams in consulting, software development, product support, quality assurance. , Experience in working in a global environment with multiple locations. , End-to-End solution customization and Implementation experience in product or custom built software. , Be a Subject Matter Expert for the client and IT team; define business/process models basis Industry best practices. , Location of posting is subject to business requirements.Educational Requirements:BCA , BSc , BE , BTech , MBA , MCA , MTechService Line:Application Development and Maintenance
