Answer & manage large amount of inbound calls in a timely manner. Management & resolve customer queries / complaints. Follow up customer calls wherever necessary. Upsell products Provide products and service informations to the customer. Identify and escalate issues to TLs /Managers Managing communication and co-ordination with internal team Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
