Job Description

  • Responsible for the delivery and execution of a highly complex, large-scale Government programs with limited supervision
  • Point of contact for all executive/management communication and relationship management with all the stakeholders: Government, management, partners and delivery personnel and internal teams.
  • Be a strong advocate of the program internally and externally, to push for successful implementation of all activities against many odds.
  • Work with Government customers to plan and execute deployments on schedule. Understand Government environment, participate in Government meetings and work with them throughout the solution lifecycle. Provide resource and budget estimates for external customer proposals and internal plans.
  • Establish program governance. Develop a thorough understanding of the objectives of the program. Review and validate statement of work (SOW). Develop a project plan; manage and track all phases of program from MoU signing, to requirements, engineering, technical audits, and deployment, change control process, support and review meetings. Review goals and milestones within the program to ensure commitments within resource budget and to satisfaction. Provide support and assistance to CeTI Leader and the rest of the team as needed.
  • Interact with senior Govt stakeholders at State and national level. Make presentations and progress updates and hold discussions them.
  • Ability to conduct activities at various levels train Government staff, doctors, health workers. Get into details and trouble shoot issues. Work with Engineering team to resolve issues.
  • Work through internal and external stakeholders for approvals on agreements, procurement, vendors, lab infrastructure, contracts, events, branding, etc.
