Job Description

The Profile and responsibilities depends on the designation hired; The Role: Mandate Execution 1. Sourcing candidates through multiple channels for senior and mid-level positions. PSS works with some of the biggest companies in India and finding the right candidates can be challenging. We expect that you will go the extra mile and tap every resource to find the best candidates 2. Candidate Engagement: Screening, interviewing and short-listing Candidates to learn about how they might fit into a given position 3. Client Engagement: Interact with Clients to understand their requirements and relay the same to Candidates. You will also be involved in regularly updating Clients on mandate progress Business Development 4. Moving Clients from contingent business to exclusive business OR Preferred Provider status OR Retained business OR Deeper penetration with existing clients (niche positions from the client / developed multi departmental relationships with the client) 5. Gaining new business from new clients during the course of the year. New clients include those who have not done business with PSS before or those who havent worked with us for a substantial amount of time 6. Sustain dialogue with key decision makers of Client organizations to ensure that PSS is looped into any and every requirement need 7. Constant engagement with talented candidates to build a strong pool that we can tap into when the need arises. Nurturing candidate relationships to ensure that they become future Clients ,
