IBM AI Apps Client Success is launching an Education Services program to provide technical enablement and training on our products to customers and partners. Desired outcomes include higher product adoption and expansion, improved customer satisfaction and a highly knowledgeable, expanded partner ecosystem while earning revenue to financially sustain the program. The opportunity for early entrants into the team is to help design and build the program, re-imagining a vibrant and engaging digital and in-person learning experience, resulting in a best-in-class technical Education program.Responsibilities:IBM AI Apps Education Services is looking for content development specialists who can create engaging product and role based technical training content for products in IBM Sterling, Maximo, TRIRIGA, Engineering Lifecycle Management and Weather Business Solutions. Content creation includes development from scratch, but also in many cases leveraging and curating available content from sources such as Marketing, Product knowledge centers, events, etc. Instructional design experience, creating content that is engaging and relevant to learners using a variety of methods, is preferred.Activities include:

• Support definition of content design standards
• Help identify content requirements for all of our products in AI Apps, and associated ecosystem roles within customer and partner communities
• Look for and establish innovative ways to partner with technical SMEs to create and update modern interactive content.
• Design and create technical training content that spans a variety of methods including traditional e-Learning and instructor-led courses, hands on labs, bite-sized content for webpages, webinar recordings, videos and social learning requirements
• Engage other teams such as Marketing, Development and Product Offering Management to identify, leverage and curate their content to include in our training courses and learning journeys
• Update existing training content to keep pace with new product releases
• Troubleshoot and fix any issues reported for training content
• Help deploy training content on digital portals internal and external and other tools used for eLearning and instructor led training delivery
• Train instructors and Global Training Partners on content that they leverage for training delivery
• Contribute to developing templates, accelerators, learning models and best practices
• Assist the Education Services team in building and scaling the program, as necessary

• 8+ Years of Overall Experience
• Create hands-on labs with data and product configuration supporting use case scenarios and exercises. Install products in preparation for hands-on labs, and maintain lab environments both SaaS and on-prem
• Sufficient technical expertise to install products; and to create, maintain and support hands-on labs
• Experience implementing / installing products Experience with Instructional designing, technical content creation for IT industry, video creation, eLearning development tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate), Camtasia
• Experience in writing scripts for visual content and storyboarding for static and interactive contentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with aptitude for creating content for both technical audiences and business user audiences
• Sufficient technical expertise to install products; and to create, maintain and support hands-on labs

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with any animation tools, such as Vyond.
• Knowledge of one or more products in AI Apps (Sterling, Maximo, TRIRIGA, ELM, Weather)
• Instructional design skills
• IBM Digital learning developer badge
• Experience with any Learning Management System (LMS)
• Experience implementing / installing products
