Job Description

  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : Build, upload and retire content in our repository of standard information related to IO Content ranging from proposal boilerplates, collaterals, and credentials will form the foundation of RFP responses Coordinate with various stakeholders eg Solution Architects, Proposal authors, Delivery Leads, Capability leads, Marketing etc with ease to get required data Apply creativity and keep in mind ease of navigation through the portal to ensure that relevant, and hard hitting content is maintained
      • Technical Experience : Drive portal maintenance activity in regular intervals and ensure effective user experience of IS ICON Revisit archived content and suggest improvement on an on-going basis to improve portal utilization Ensure proper tagging of assets and timely updates of existing content residing on IS ICON
      • Professional Attributes : Flair for business as well as technical writing is a must Proposal writing exposure will be an added advantage Good understanding of Infrastructure Outsourcing and cloud is a must Strong inference skill and quick learner Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
