We are looking for a content strategist who will work collaboratively with faculty and colleagues to analyse instructional outcomes and provide expertise in the planning, development, and delivery of high- quality learning experiences. Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to): Design online training courses and identify methodologies to be used to deliver content and organize the content and flow of information. Help create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer Analysing and applying trends in learning technologies and instructional design Visualize instructional graphics, slide decks and other instructional material Ensure content created and curated is free of copyrighted material. Audit previously created content as required to check for copyrighted material Develop learning objectives, structure learning activities, create visual aids for online interactions Be able to write effective copy, instructional text, and audio and video scripts Be responsible for devising modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course Be responsible for planning and managing course development and design projects. Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience s training needs Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts Maintain project documentation and course folders BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar. Knowledge of at least one Learning Management System & visual design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) Competency: (Top 3) Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models Lesson and curriculum planning skills Ability to storyboard and visualize As per industry standards.
