Job Description

*JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACTThe Continuous Improvement Specialist II will contribute to developing, implementing and sustaining process improvement initiatives. We seek a professional who will conduct continuous improvement activities with low-to-medium project cost and risk and activities with well-defined processes for multiple locations.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Directly provide updates on the project objectives, performance measures, issues and risks to Leadership team.
  • Identify, monitor, and implement continuous improvement opportunities & best practices.
  • Contribute to developing and mentoring continuous improvement plans for projects with low-to-medium cost and risk, reaching and sustaining project goals.
  • Conduct organization readiness assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization, resource evaluation and execute continuous improvement strategies that meet business requirements.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • To identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking
  • Conduct training to build culture on Quality tools, Lean & Six Sigma Methodologies
  • To lead and facilitate LEAN/process improvement based workshops to drive ideas and solutions
  • Should have experience on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) project execution
  • Other duties as assigned
, *MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply
