Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1.Responsible for day to day Civil works . 2.Coordination with consultants and stake holders for concept finalization and sign offs . 3.Reporting regarding progress of work/Status to the reporting manager. 4.Preparing the Schedule of work for execution and as PERT, CPM. 5.Preparing Estimates/ Knowledge of tender documents for new works . 6.Follow up for all the daily site progress (DPR) 7.Effective site management . 8.Collecting the Practical difficulties/Project remarks from the Site Engineer & updating the same to mentor/ Manager. 9.Bill certification and checking the measurements as Drawings and as per site(Joint measurement) and process the Bill to consent departments 10.Knowledge of SAP/ CAD . 11.Implementation of Safety measures in site for the site people 12.Quality checks and maintaining Good Quality implementation of works. 13.Manage budgets and other project resources; 14.Compile, check and approve reports; 15.Adopt all relevant requirements around issues such as environmental regulations, sanitary design, and safety on all work assignments; 16.Ensure that a project runs smoothly and that the project is completed on time and within budget; 17.Laison with Govt.depts /knowledge of statutory approvals Townplanning / DOF/ CCOE.Experience3 to 5 years work experience in Civil WorksIndustry PreferredAny ManufacturingQualificationsB.
