Job Description

Role Summary

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Law, with requisite experience of working in similar / technology companies. The role demands very high standards of governance, legal exposure to manage the spirit letter of contracts, having worked on various business legal formats, including, Joint Ventures, Consortium, Partnership agreements, Commercial Contracts with multiple parties, including private enterprise, government customers (utilities) and educational institutions. An expert in commercial contracts structuring and and eye for risk identification and mitigation is key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for independently working on contracts, structure language
  • Contact Management and legal commercial documentation
  • Agreements structuring: Joint ventures, Consortium, Partnership, Sales and Investment
  • Ability to negotiate commercial terms with customers / propose contract structure language
  • Ability to work across jurisdictions with an keen understanding of legal ramifications across geographies, especially, UK, Australia, EU and Middle East would be an added advantage
  • Identif risk early and propose the best mitigation plan, in line with business requirements
  • Representation on behalf of Enzen Global, with regulatory bodies, policy makers, utilities, etc., across the Energy domain
  • Working with internal general counsels / external legal practitioners for any legal matters
Qualifications Education
  • Master in Law (MA LLB) is preferred
  • Bachelor s in Law

Experience

  • Minimum 8 plus years of relevant experience is required.
  • Worked in similar industry / technology company is imperative
