  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1:The role includes planning and ensuring tech refresh for various components including the application itself are completed Investigation and providing RCA as well as solutions or workaround related issues escalated through incidents and to interface with the INFRA teams engineering on potential bug fixing and feature enhancements 2:Providing advice on client related escalations/issues/queries on best knowledge basis and promptly escalate to the INFRA teams engineering
      • Technical Experience : 1:Excellent knowledge in handling Infrastructure and batch related issues 2:Ability to work on Unix and Windows based platforms, Cluster environments knowledge of basic server administration CPU/Memory 3:Expert in Jobs Logs reading, errors and warning Install new instance of batch tool and identify jobs and its dependencies required Remove delete the jobs that are no longer needed 4:Experience with installation, maintenance and performance tuning and configuration
      • Professional Attributes : 1:Good Verbal and written Communication , excellent listening comprehension, ITIL process knowledge, Production support experience 2:Excellent documentation skills, ability to document the knowledge and update current knowledge inventory 3:Ability to handle team, prioritize , assign and review work
    • Educational Qualification : 15 years of full time education
