Headquartered in Bangalore, we have 110 branches across Karnataka, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and UT ,Puducherry with more than 1000 employees.Our client is looking for Core Infra Lead for Bangalore location.Due to current pandemic candidates can work from any location in india, but once the pandemic is under control, candidates should be ready to relocate to Bangalore.Job DescriptionDepartment: Systems & Technology Report to: AVP Systems & Technology Purpose of Job: Core infrastructure and security ManagementJob Responsibilities: Technical Solutioning for the Infra Projects Technical evaluation and solutioning for the new tech requirements Conducting POC and testing the compatibility of the solution as per the business need. Timely completion of solution and vendor evaluation in a structured process. Risk assessment of the solution and vendor.Core Infrastructure Project management Driving the Implementation of core infra projects and the new technical solutions, with the respective team. Ensure the timely completion of the project and implementation of use cases.Core Infrastructure Operation Management Architecture design guidelines, design strategy, Hosting strategy, Project planning and monitoring ensuring Infra availability, cost optimization and budgetary control. Efficient IT Sourcing, vendor/SLA management and technology cost optimization for the core infra solutionIT Security & Compliance Implementing Security standard on the inhouse and cloud infrastructure Actively manage compliances against Statutory, Regulatory and Internal quality standards/policies. Building the Cyber resilience framework and continuous implementation of Security standards and measures. Periodic assessment of Vulnerability on the cloud and inhouse infrastructure and patching of gaps if any.
