• Analyze and organize raw data
• Build data systems and pipelines
• Evaluate business needs and objectives
• Interpret trends and patterns
• Conduct complex data analysis and report on results
• Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling
• Build algorithms and prototypes
• Combine raw information from different sources
• Develop analytical tools and programs
• Design and develop application using Java/J2EE technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years academic or industry experience with a mix of below skills
• Experience in analysis, design and development of web based application using Java/J2EE, REST, Relational and NOSQL databases.
• Programming - Java, Scala, python, Shell script, Terraform
• Big data - Hadoop eco system, Spark, Flink, Redis
• Messaging - Kafka, RMQ
• Frameworks - mybatis, spring boot, spring cloud
• Cloud- AWS, AZURE
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• CI/CD - Iac, GitLab pipeline
• UI ReactJS, Visualization libraries
• BI Tools - Alteryx, Tableau, QlikSense, Power BI
• Container Docker, Kubernetes
• Data lake- on prem and cloud datalake echo system awareness

• Proficient is database concepts and be able to write basic to complex queries.
• Good Analytical and Problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with at least one code repository such as GitLab, SVN
• Hands-on experience of test driven development
• Automated testing & tools (JUnit, JMeter, Cucumber, etc.)
• Continuous builds & associated tooling (Maven, Gradle)
• SRE SLO/SLA/SLI definition and implementation of reliability dashboards
• Experience with BPMN modeling and Workflow solutions would be a plus
• Experience with Automation Testing tools like Selenium, Cucumber, DBUnit would be a plus
