Job Description

    Work experience 7-8 years.The primary function Reviewing, drafting and negotiating Agreement such as NDAs, MSA, SLA, License Agreements etc. Maintaining Agreement repository and MIS with all agreements.To consider the Business needs and Banks best interests while closing agreements. Close co-ordination with Business Teams is required.The role also involves, effectively communicating potential business and legal risks to the Management and Business, thereby enabling the Management to make informed decisions with acceptable risk.The role also supports other corporate activities such as trademark application and management, supporting Finance, HR, Compliance in providing legal opinion.Band KMT
