As Corporate Sales Head, you will be building a vision for business units that dovetails into the vision of the organization. What you will do:

  • Conceptualizing and building a go-to-market strategy that supports the vision, biz P&L, and other nuances
  • Setting up and managing operational systems that efficiently and effectively support the business
  • Managing a large people structure that delivers consistent business growth
  • Driving business efficiency on the basis of data-driven decisions
  • Delivering world-class experience to all our B2B customers consistently throughout all touchpoints
  • Building, nurturing and grooming leadership talent.
Required Candidate profileWhat you need to have:
  • Should have handled a similar leadership role with a P&L responsibility in his last assignment.
  • Should have a proven track record of handling large teams.
  • Should have had a successful Key Account experience in earlier years of his career.
  • Conceptual thinking
  • Should be willing to travel extensively
Experience
  • Exp in - IT product, services or peripherals
  • 17+ years in Enterprise/Corporate sales
  • Should have managed PAN india profile
  • Should have been responisble of over 200 Cr turnover of business
