Works with India Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Team and leadership committees to determine corporate objectives for CSR efforts. Provides expertise, advice and direction aligned with India CSR Law. Evaluates and adjusts strategies to respond to changing organizational needs.Roles and Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for India CSR Develop effective CSR programs encompassing environment, workplace, community and marketplace issues that will deliver agreed CSR targets Establish strategies to support employee engagement Establish CSR performance indicators in line with industry standards Develop and author an annual CSR report that provides clear direction on strategy, delivery and performance Establish and maintain relationships and programs with NGO partners Serve as a liaison for NTT DATA Services business areas and local communities across India Establish, support and inspire a regional network of CSR champions to support CSR objectives Provide information as requested for audits and manage financials Develop and distribute communications regarding CSR strategies, performance and programming Attend relevant industry events and build relationships with industry professionals ,
