Description - We are looking an experienced legal professional to help to manage a large and growing India subsidiary. This legal professional will support the in - country business and HR teams on a host of employment law and emerging commercialsales transactional matters inclusive of procurement.Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate strategic opportunity - specific commercial agreements including non - disclosure agreements (NDAs), partner agreements, procurement agreements, customer facing and incoming license agreements and related requirements utilizing playbooks and templates. Manage area specific HR issues and concerns, including development and implementation of employee work rules, policies and procedures; all aspects of recruiting and hiring; compliance and oversight of contract/contingent worker engagements; employee relations matters; employee performance management, discipline and terminations; leaves of absence and compensation and benefits matters Internal Investigations Code of conduct compliance Procurement and Vendor related Agreements with Mission Critical Suppliers Coordinate with sales, finance, pricing and legal and other functional internal departments, ensuring proper communication and internal approval/sign - off as required. Structure and negotiate reseller/subcontract agreements Monitor contract performance by determining compliance to contract and regulatory requirements and coordinate with management and other internal groups to ensure these requirements are being satisfactorily fulfilled. Ensure contract compliance by validating all required contract reporting requirements are met and pricing updates are submitted timely. Monitor and ensure compliance with all public sector sales and procurement regulations Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, rules, statutes and regulations

Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience including at least 3 years in - house, preferably working for a technology company. Experience with technology transactions sales models, especially SaaS and on premise software licensing and professional services. Substantial experience supporting in - house human resources teams Experience directing and managing outside law firms in connection with litigation matters Law Degree Required Nutanix is an equal opportunity employer.
