The position serves as an integral part of the team and is a tremendous opportunity during a very exciting time at JDA.This position is responsible for creative content and communications development to support various design and communications requirements in the areas of print , web / digital , and audio / video for both internal and external audience with respect to the Cloud Services business unit.This role reports to Project Manager Cloud Communications , Cloud Services and would have the global Cloud / SaaS team as their stakeholders.Responsibilities:Initiate , conceptualize , and design infographics to support and contribute towards Cloud / SaaS branding and production on creative projectsCreate and update corporate PowerPoint presentations , email messages , and multimedia messaging including podcasts and video.Design , layout , and production of communication collateral including brochures , solution sheets , emails , social media , and promotional merchandise.Meet with stakeholders and department head to determine the scope of a project , gather the requirements , advise on strategies to reach the identified audience , be sensitive on costs involved if any , determine message the creative content should portray , and provide a time and effort estimation for various deliverables.Review drafts for written , spoken , and visual content and provide feedback and revision.Validation of JDA branding guidelines and quality control while working with internal or external suppliers and vendors including production coordination and supervision.Maintain business unit specific creative library / archive for branding and communications.PrerequisitesGraduate in any stream; course in graphic designing is added advantage2 - 6 years of hands - on experience in the fields of creative design and communicationsRequired SkillsProficient with Adobe Creative Suite applications like Photoshop , Illustrator , InDesign , and Premiere Pro in making infographicsMicrosoft PowerPoint and Excel hands - on working knowledge of advanced featuresExceptional interpersonal skills necessary to interact with a range of personalities and establish effective relationships at all levels of the organizationGood command on language and good communication skillsAnimated motion graphic video making skillsPreferred SkillsAgency or in - house creative department experienceSocial media management with focus on and Flair for creative writing / editingKeyskills : Company Profile VEB Cloud Solutions provides Clients Cloud Advisory Consulting and Cloud Life Cycle Services aligning business , finance and technology worldwide.
