At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.This position is an individual contributor who will work closely with the Creative leads to develop compelling design concepts and manage the creative development process for multiple campaigns/projects from concept through completion.Establish the look and feel of online and offline integrated campaigns, taking the project through strategy, concept, mockups and production artwork. Be the primary owner of both small projects, leveraging relevant experience that demonstrates project management, communication and creative skills.Work with other graphic designers, writers, campaign managers, event managers, and web producers to execute quality work and bring expertise to the table.Ensure design consistency and brand identity across all projects.Collaborate with team management and internal clients to meet or exceed client expectations while maintaining brand standards.Support tradeshow booth graphics, environment designs.Able to jump into designing layout of small to large scale of collateral.Able to do small animation and understand digital design requirements.Able to draw and modify illustrationPosition RequirementsCreative spirit with a flair for bringing concepts to life with a strong understanding of branding.Expert in establishing print specifications, preparing large files for release to printers, reviewing proofs, communicating corrections, and attending press checks.Deep understanding tradeshow design solutions.Strong creative skills, with the ability to grasp design concepts, then develop and execute.Extremely organized, with effective time management skills, capable of handling a volume of assignments simultaneously, while maintaining high standards for execution, accuracy, and attention to detail.Comfortable and agile in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and reshuffle priorities as needed, and jump into different work streams.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, exemplifying professionalism within the team and with clients.Ability to operate with flexibility, efficiency, enthusiasm, and diplomacy, both individually and as part of a team effort.Responsiveness and patience when handling everything from fire drills to long review cycles.Expert in Adobe Creative Suite tools including InDesign, Photoshop, and IllustratorMinimum RequirementsBachelor s degree in Art, Graphic Design5 years of work experience designing and executing world-class marketing materialsExpert level skills with Adobe products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Motions graphic experience is a plus (Adobe premiere and Aftereffect)A portfolio that clearly demonstrates these creativity, quality and proficiency with design tools.We re doing work that matters.
