Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Credit Analyst in Ciscos Global Credit Organization, you will be a key player in credit risk management for both Cisco and Splunk businesses in India and other regions. Your role will involve supporting business growth while ensuring financial health by managing credit risk related activities, underwriting processes, and compliance with established guidelines. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to contribute to critical initiatives in emerging countries.Key Responsibilities:- Support all credit risk management activities, including credit analysis, recommendation, and approval of credit facilities within defined parameters.- Assist in the implementation of credit policy and mitigation of financial risk, especially in pivotal initiatives concerning emerging countries.- Manage day-to-day underwriting processes and ensure compliance with guidelines.- Prepare and deliver periodic reporting requirements to senior management.- Coordinate and be responsible for Cisco Splunk, Trade, and Channel finance portfolios.- Work with limited or no supervision, translating business plans or initiatives into actionable objectives for your team.Qualifications Required:- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in credit analysis and risk management (mandatory).- Strong influence and organizational skills.- Core proficiencies/skills required include quantitative & qualitative analysis, strategic business analysis, and familiarity with financial documents, credit decision systems, and tools.Additional Details:Cisco is revolutionizing data and infrastructure connectivity and protection for organizations in the AI era and beyond.
