    • Minimum Qualification : 12th
    • Candidate Should be comfortable with 6 Days working
    • Immediate Joiner preferably people staying in Bangalore
    • Work from office job.
    • Prepare & maintain relevant documents manual & digitally of all the customers been enrolled each product and services in the organization.
    • Maintaining customer relationships to generate regular business from clients.
    • Interact with clients through calls or mail for their requirements and communicate the requirement to the sales team.
    • Process email marketing leads, prepare project schedules, and review and check procedures and documentation
    Desired Candidate ProfileA minimum of 3+ years experience in Customer Relation.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills[Verbal & Written].
    • Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
    • Superior product knowledge.
    • A team player with leadership skills.
    • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
    • Making sales calls, continuously updating and maintaining our CRM database
    • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email
    • Handling customer questions, inquiries, complaints
    • The managing process through specific software programs
    Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective customers from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
    • Gender: Male / Female
    • Kannada is a Mandatory Language.
    • If candidates understands and speaks local languages of Kannada,English,Tamil,Telugu,Hindi added advantage
    • Education : -SSLC or PUC or Graduate
    • Experience:- 2-3 yrs experience.
    • Should be Residing at Bangalore
