Job Description

    Responsibilities:-Identify opportunities to improve website experience and key conversion rates using analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, etc.)-Provide reporting for analysis projects and AB test results-Build visualizations, dashboards, and templates for optimization activities-Provide insights and make go-forward recommendations from completed AB tests-Gather requirements for planned AB tests-Identify opportunities for personalization across the digital experience-Program and monitor ongoing AB tests and personalization activities-High volume of written and verbal communication to internal stakeholders-Help internal stakeholders answer business questions using digital toolsQualifications:-Proven experience with industry-leading web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics)-Experience with AB testing/personalization tools is preferred (Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO, etc.)-Proficient written & verbal communication skills-Prior experience at a Fortune 500 company is preferred-Base knowledge of SQL or other query languages is a plus-Project management and organization skills is a plus
